Le terme "tribunal" désigne toute formation
juridictionnelle ayant pour fonction d'apporter une solution à un
litige soit entre personnes privées, soit entre une personne privée
et une personne publique.
Le mot "tribunal" est aussi l'appellation donnée au bâtiment dans
lequel se tiennent normalement les
audiences de ces formations.
