Arbitration

Arbitration is a form of alternative dispute resolution (ADR). Arbitration is a method of solving disputes outside of the state courts.

In arbitration the parties refers the dispute to one or more individuals ( the arbitrator or arbitrators) who constitue the arbitral tribunal. The decision of the arbitral tribunal is legally binding on both sides.
