    Article D. 1222-1  


    Le délai d'un an pendant lequel l'employeur ne peut opposer la clause d'exclusivité prévue à l'article L. 1222-5 court à compter :
    1° Soit de l'inscription du salarié au registre du commerce et des sociétés ou au répertoire des métiers ;
    2° Soit de sa déclaration de début d'activité professionnelle agricole ou indépendante.
