Article L7111-1

 

Les dispositions du présent code sont applicables aux journalistes professionnels et assimilés, sous réserve des dispositions particulières du présent titre.

Article L7111-2

 

Est nulle toute convention contraire aux dispositions du présent chapitre du chapitre II ainsi qu'à celles de l'article L. 7113-1.
