   Le conseil de prud'hommes est divisé en sections autonomes.
   Il comporte une formation commune de référé.


 


 

Article L1423-2

   Un décret fixe, pour chaque conseil de prud'hommes, le nombre de conseillers à élire par collège dans les différentes sections.
