NATIONAL WATER COMMITTEE

Article L213-1
The mission of the National Water Committee is:
1 ° To give its opinion on the geographical areas of the basins and groupings of basins which fall within the competence of the committees referred to in Article L. 213-2;
2 ° To give its opinion on all the development and distribution projects of water having a national character as well as on the major regional installations;
3 ° To give its opinion on any problem common to two or more basin committees or water agencies;
4 ° In general, to collect the necessary documentation and to formulate opinions on all the questions covered by chapters I to VII of this title.
