The “procedure” is the set of acts relating to the process of settling a dispute , by a lawsuit   or arbitration , in proceedings   since the request [in a lawsuit], or the request [in an arbitration], during the preparation , during the  debates and  deliberation of judges or arbitrators and the exercise of appeals , until reaching the execution of the decisions they have rendered.
