SANCTIONS FOR CONSUMER LAW VIOLATIONS

if disregard of Articles L. 121-21 et seq. of the Consumer Code can only be opposed at the request of the person whom these provisions are intended to protect, it is different when this person has expressed his intention to withdraw. prevail over the nullity of the act, even on another basis;

Having regard to articles L. 311-2 and L. 311-9 of the Consumer Code;

Whereas the disregard of the requirements of the aforementioned texts, even of public order, can only be opposed at the request of the person whom these provisions are intended to protect;
