Founder of the Kelly Law Team, Mr. Kelly has extensive trial and litigation experience, enough to bring the opposing party to the negotiation table. Mr. Kelly’s strong suit is not only negotiations but also investigation, helping bolster the case and being in a position to obtain a maximum settlement for the injured party.
Working for the Nebraska Attorney General, Mr. Kelly started his legal career by helping the local communities of Nebraska against negligent parties. Working closely with the Attorney General, he established himself as a formidable foe for large corporations whose actions went unpunished, causing harm and wrongdoing to Nebraska residents.
Soon after, Mr. Kelly joined the Douglas County Attorney’s office, where he would work closely with some of the best attorneys to help prosecute criminal cases. It was here that he realized his passion for litigation and he played a key role in drafting crucial amendments to the Nebraska State Constitution.
After law school, Mr. Kelly was accepted into Arizona’s Bar and started his practice in Pheonix, quickly climbing up the ranks, moving from the preliminary bureau to the major crimes bureau, helping prosecute serious felony offenders. He worked together with the County Attorney where he conducted several jury trials, polishing his trial skills in front of some of the best judges in the state. Mr. Kelly gained more trial experience at a young age than any other lawyer twice his age.
In 2011, Mr. Kelly started a private practice helping injured victims recover compensation for personal injuries from car accidents, dog bites, medical malpractice, and more. He is highly dedicated to his injured clients, sitting with each one of them to understand their stories. He is not afraid to take a case to trial if he believes that the injured victim deserves maximum compensation for their loss.

Mr. Kelly can practice in Arizona state and federal courts and also in New York. He completed his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1999 and went on to Oxford University in the United Kingdom to pursue economics. In 2003, he received his J.D. from Creighton School of Law.
