Rachel Smith

Born in southeastern Minnesota, Rachel Smith completed her B.A. from the University of Montana in 2002 before receiving her J.D. from the University of Minnesota in 2010. She was admitted to the Minnesota state bar in 2010, the US District Court of Minnesota in 2012, and Wisconsin in 2015.

Throughout her legal career, Rachel always stood against injustices, especially for people who experienced needless injuries through the negligent actions of others. She specializes in personal injury law and has substantial experience in representing victims of brain and spinal cord injuries, severe burn injuries, and medical malpractice.

Rachel Smith also has vast experience in legal cases pertaining to auto accidents, dog bites, product liability, and other types of personal injuries. Some of her notable cases include:

• $9 million – Medical misdiagnosis of a young boy leading to a permanent injury.
• $7.87 million – Injuries to a truck driver due to a negligent crane operator
