ADDITIONAL PENALTIES APPLICABLE TO INDIVIDUALS

Section 7: Additional penalties applicable to natural persons.

Article 226-31

Natural persons guilty of one of the offenses provided for in this chapter also incur the following additional penalties:1 ° The prohibition of civic, civil and family rights, in accordance with the terms set out in article 131-26;

2 ° Prohibition from exercising professional or social activity in the exercise of or on the occasion of the exercise of which the offense was committed, in accordance with the procedures provided for in article 131-27;

3 ° Prohibition, for a maximum of five years, from owning or carrying a weapon subject to authorization;

4 ° The display or dissemination of the decision pronounced, under the conditions provided for by article 131-35.

5 ° In the case provided for by articles 226-1 to 226-3, 226-8, 226-15 and 226-28, the confiscation of the thing which was used or was intended to commit the offense or of the thing which is the product. The confiscation of the devices referred to in article 226-3 is compulsory.

Article 226-32

The natural persons guilty of the offenses provided for in article 226-28 and of the attempt of these offenses having the quality of judicial expert also incur deletion from the list on which they are registered.
