THE PRESIDENT OF THE HELLENIC REPUBLIC,

HAVE AGREED to amend the Treaty on European Union, the Treaty establishing the European Community and the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community,

and have appointed for this purpose as plenipotentiaries:
