Article R160-1
(Law n ° 75-1328 of December 31, 1975 Official Journal of January 3, 1976) Civil servants and agents of the State and public authorities commissioned by the Minister responsible for town planning or by the mayors to record violations of the provisions referred to in Articles L. 111-1 to L. 111-3, L. 160- 1 and L. 160-2 take the following oath before entering into office before the district court in which they are domiciled: “I swear to perform my duties well and faithfully and not to reveal or use anything of which will be brought to my attention during their exercise “.
Article R160-2
In the event of a transfer, there is no need to take the oath again.
A new empowering decision is however necessary for officials and agents commissioned by mayors.
Article R160-3
The officials and agents mentioned in article R. 160-1 must carry their commission during the performance of their mission.
The mention of the taking of the oath is affixed to this commission by the clerk of the district court.
